The priority of the Private On-Boarding program at 2020FIT is to prepare new athletes to safely and more importantly, comfortably join group classes with the skills and knowledge they need. Throughout the On-Board you will gain an understanding of the foundational movements, scaling options for all workouts, equipment used, and an overall idea of what a ‘typical day’ will be like training at 2020FIT.
On-Board cost of $99 + Monthly Training Rate of $209, Pro-rated from your start date.
Note: Military, Fire, LEO, & Teachers all receive the Additional Family Rate of $159/mo.  Under 30 professionals rate of $129/mo.

*SwingFit TPI
SwingFit is the most cost effective & time efficient golf training program in Kansas City. This series will include an introduction of how we utilize fitness and biomechanics to customize a workout program focused around bettering your golf game. This program will apply functional movement patterns in order to make your golf swing more efficient!
TPI screen/ on boarding is $99 + your prorated monthly training rate, based on the monthly training rate of $209.  Military, Fire, LEO, & Teachers all receive the additional family rate of $159/mo.

Our Kids Class is for athletes in grade school, K-5,  and meets Monday -Thursday from 4:15-5:00pm.  At this age, children are experiencing a tremendous amount of cognitive and motor development.  Our classes are designed to support this development in a playful environment, imparting the valuable lesson that fitness is both important and fun at an early age.  Our curriculum is heavily focused on fitness through play, with an eye toward appropriate functional movement.  Early lessons in teaming, camaraderie, and achieving goals are emphasized with constant positive reinforcement.  The dynamic structure and relatively short duration of each class ensures that every child, regardless of ability or developmental phase will receive the maximum benefits possible at each class. Monthly Unlimited classes are $99 per month, $79 for client's children.

This program is for Middle School athletes & the class meets Monday -Thursday at 4:15 pm.  Our Sports Performance program is an opportunity for both new and experienced athletes to focus on strength and conditioning. All classes utilize specifically designed programming under the supervision of our CrossFit certified trained staff. Every movement is performed with skill progression in mind, so this class is open to ALL fitness levels!  $99 per month, billed on the 1st day of each month. 1st month pro-rated from the start date.  $79 per month for 2020 clients' children.  No on-ramp is required.

Strength & Conditioning

This program is for high school athletes & is personalized programming that builds strength, speed, and resilience specifically geared towards making your child a better athlete. With a 3, 4, or 5-day per week program, each athlete will receive a program based on their needs and be coached by movement experts ensuring that they stay safe while training. 
Each program begins with an initial 3-day test assessing the athlete's strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility. We then track each individual's progress to make sure they are getting results from the work they are putting in. Open Gym access is included.
$119 per month, billed on the 1st day of each month. 1st month pro-rated from the start date.  $99 per month for 2020 clients' children.  No on-ramp is required.
